Driver training for employers and small fleets
If a job needs a driver's license and your staff don't have one, that's a hiring constraint you can actually solve. We get people licensed — and we do it in five languages.
Employers & Fleets: how it works
A lot of employers around Philadelphia — care agencies, restaurants, contractors, delivery and logistics operations, warehouses — lose good candidates for one reason: no driver's license. Others have staff who technically hold a license but genuinely aren't confident enough to be put in a company vehicle.
Both are fixable, and neither needs a national training contract. We're a local, independent driving school with PennDOT-certified instructors, and we can take a group of your employees from learner's permit to licensed, or from licensed-but-nervous to genuinely capable.
What we can do for an employer
- Get employees from learner's permit through to passing the PennDOT road test.
- Confidence and refresher training for staff who hold a license but avoid driving.
- Defensive driving instruction to reduce incident risk and, in many cases, insurance costs.
- Instruction in English, Hindi, Urdu, Bangla or Arabic — which is often the actual blocker in a multilingual workforce.
- Door-to-door pickup, so training doesn't cost your team a commute on top of the lesson.
- Sessions scheduled around shift patterns, seven days a week, 7am to 9pm.
The language point, plainly
If a meaningful share of your workforce speaks Hindi, Urdu, Bangla or Arabic at home, English-only driver training will under-serve them. We've taught in these languages since 2003, and it is the single most common reason employers and community organizations come to us rather than a larger chain.
Nobody else in Greater Philadelphia offers behind-the-wheel instruction in five languages.
What we are not
We'll be straight with you: we are a driving school, not a commercial fleet-safety consultancy. We don't run CDL programs, emergency-vehicle operator courses, or formal fleet risk audits. What we do is teach people to drive well, one-to-one, and get them licensed.

Common questions
Can you train several employees at once? +
Yes. Instruction is always one-to-one behind the wheel, but we schedule groups as a single block booking with one invoice and one point of contact.
Do you offer CDL or commercial license training? +
No. We teach non-commercial (Class C) driving. If you need CDL training we'll point you elsewhere rather than waste your time.
What does employee training cost? +
Our standard rate is $75 per hour with a two-hour minimum session. For block bookings call (215) 740-2841 with your numbers and we'll quote properly.
Can employees take their road test with you? +
Yes — in our dual-control car, which meets all PennDOT vehicle requirements and is the car they trained in.
Which areas do you cover? +
Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia and Berks counties in PA, plus Mercer County NJ, with free door-to-door pickup.
